After noticing some impressive changes in a colleague who was training with Shady, I was keen to schedule a trial session to see if I could benefit in a similar way. I was so pleased with how the first session went and how motivated I felt to continue. Since then, Shady has been completely committed to helping me achieve my goals, and I’m surprised by how much my strength and endurance has improved over time. Aside from guiding me through my workouts and teaching me how to exercise with proper technique, Shady has been full of encouragement and support, helping me stay on track and focused on my long term objectives.
