This is a 15 min very high intensity couplet workout consisting of rowing and burpees. The workout is 10 rounds each 90 seconds . You should row 250 m then with the remaining time do as much burpees as you can . Example : 250 m row in 60 sec then in the remaining 30 seconds you do burpees till the end of the round. your score for each round is the number of burpees performed and the total score is the sum of all burpees performed in each round. If an athlete did 5 burpees per round the final score will be 50.
